This organic black tea from Sri Lanka strikes the perfect balance between strength and drinkability: medium-bodied and smooth for easy sipping, but with enough "oomph" to get you going and a level of astringency that's perfectly balanced. What we're doing:

• 1 heaping teaspoon (about 3 grams) of Organic Ceylon FBOP per 6-8 oz serving
• Heat fresh water to 212ºF (boil)
• Steep 3-5 minutes
• Multiple infusions
