This Darjeeling white tea is the first to be harvested and produced from the sister estates of Gopaldhara and Rohini. Abundant tips and delicate young leaves impart a fruity, muscatel character, with sweet and grassy undertones.

The growth of this flush was slow, resulting in good quality leaf, but smaller quantities of the finished tea. White tea lovers: secure your stash while you can!

  What we're doing:

• 1 heaping tablespoon (about 3 grams) of Jethikupi White per 6-8 oz serving
• Heat fresh water to 185º-200ºF
• Steep 2-4 minutes
• Multiple infusions
